Do I have to buy anything to book a consultation?
No. You pay for the consultation package upfront — that's it. There's no purchase obligation. That said, once clients see the complete plan we build for their space, most choose to move forward.
What if I only need help with one room?
The Foundation package is built exactly for that — one room, a complete plan, colour samples, a floor plan, and a shopping list. Many clients start with one room and expand from there.
How is this different from just visiting the showroom?
A showroom visit is great for browsing — but a consultation brings the design expertise to your home. We measure your actual space, work with your lighting and layout, and build a plan around your life. The result is completely different.
Is the fee really credited back?
Yes. Once you reach the purchase threshold for your package tier, your consultation fee is credited in full toward your furniture purchase. It's designed to make the decision easy.
